How soon my package is shipped post placing an order?

We generally post the item within 1-2 days of order. In 90% of cases we ship the order on the same day.

Do you offer free shipment?

Yes we offer free shipment throughout Australia. For Newzealand and US shipping charges do apply.

How can I reduce my Shipping charges?

The glasses are very heavy with a weight barring from 1.8 kg to 2 kg which cost higher to ship the item. However if you are an Amazon Prime member you can order our products from Amazon as well to reduce the shipment cost.

Can I get my order engraved?

No we do not offer Engraving services.

Can I return my order?

Yes you can return your order. Please contact with our support staff on sales@my-bar.com.au.

What will happen if I receive my parcel damaged?

In case you received an damaged order, please get in touch with us on sales@my-bar.com.au and send us the pictures of damaged set. We will immediately ship you an replacement set free of cost.

Are these glasses Dishwasher safe?

Yes My-Bar glasses are dishwasher safe.

Are these glasses lead free?

Yes My-bar glasses are 100% lead free.
